The Notebook/Les Pages de Notre Amour
Just watched "The Notebook" OMG.... soooo good! excellent acting, plot.... scenery... everything... the basic plot may seem ordinary... but it was done in such an excellent way... all the right casts, the right lines... Oh.. I was blown away!
If you wanna know true love... what it's like... then watch it... by the end of the movie, I was crying hard... it was sooo beautiful... how Noah can love Allie like that... "until death do us part" is really no kidding!
The English title "The Notebook" doesn't do the movie justice... the French translation is much more accurate-"The Pages of Our love"! Mon dieu... c'est tres excellent! *sigh* I'm speechless... you know what, if I hadn't anaylzed the movie and seen it with critical eyes, I would have cried ten times harder (like I used to cry so hard when I watched anything emotionally moving, even Beauty n the Beast, a cartoon!)
Lon's love for Allie was also very sincere... that he sacrificed his own happiness for Allie's happiness. He'd rather suffer himself than see Allie suffer. Sometimes love just ain't enough... Because Allie loved both men... but she had to choose... either way, someone will get hurt.
Love itself is a miracle... with love, anything is possible... you can make it do anything you want. *sigh* It ain't easy, but if your love for each other is true, then you will work it out and be happy together.
Well, I don't wanna ruin it for all of ya... so... just go watch it and see for yourself... ^.~
Geez if I carry on, I'm gonna be crying all over again... so I'd better go to sleep. Make sure you watch it.... and I'm gonna buy the DVD so I can watch it over n over again n cry over n over again.... Aww come on, Mathilda... suck it up!
